About this home
A 140 m² house on a 3,000 m² plot by the sea near Nea Irakleia, with a 30 m² sea-view terrace on each floor and steps straight down to a sandy beach.
The space
Two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a third bedroom with a bathroom upstairs, reached by an outside staircase. Each bedroom has a double bed and a double sofa bed, for up to 11 guests. Outside there are a barbecue, a playground and sun loungers.
The location
The beach below the house is sandy, with clear, shallow water that suits children. The Halkidiki peninsulas are about 20 minutes away by car and Thessaloniki about 30.
Good to know
There are security cameras outside, and the listing has no smoke or carbon monoxide alarm. Check-in is between 3 and 7 pm, with a lockbox.
